From sitting on the banks of a creek in my Mount Shasta neighborhood, I got an awareness of who we are as humans on this planet.

We are way more than we think we are. The larger part of ourselves isn’t affected by crisis and stress, and that part of who we are can give us solace and respite during times of intense crisis, pandemics, and other stresses.
